2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and usage period consented to by the information subject when the personal information is collected or within the personal information retention and usage period according to laws.

② Each personal information processing and retention period is as follows.

  • Member registration and management: Until member withdrawal
  • Service usage records: Up to 3 months after the end of service use
  • Payment information: Retained for 5 years according to the Electronic Commerce Act

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company provides personal information to third parties only in cases corresponding to Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the information subject or special provisions of the law.

4. Rights, Obligations, and Methods of Exercise of the Information Subject

Users can exercise the following rights as personal information subjects.

  • Request to view personal information
  • Request for correction in case of errors
  • Request for deletion
  • Request to stop processing

5. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company is taking the following safety measures in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • Minimization and training of personal information handling staff
  • Restriction of access to personal information
  • Encryption of personal information
  • Technical measures against hacking
  • Storage of access records to personal information

The Company has designated a personal information protection officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing.
