Refund Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or enrollment in a course or subscription.
Course Completion: Refunds are only available if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
Subscription Renewal: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Costs for one-on-one lessons that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
Fees for downloadable products, course materials, or certificates are non-refundable.
Special promotions or discounted courses may have different refund policies, as stated at the time of purchase.
